Mr. Ryan replied that the purpose
of the fence was to prevent cars from parking on the boulevard.
Mr. Forsberg commented that this area is an industrial park and
everything cannot be kept inside.
Mr. Ryan stated that there is no outdoor storage planned for this
area. This gentleman stated that it would be fine
with him if the license were approved as long as Ms. Raymond took
responsibility for his well. The neighbor suggested that the Council
take a look at the proposed kennel and he felt it was out of Line
with the neighborhood.
Nardini asked the neighbor if he had any complaints about noise or
barking.
