MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />NOVEMBER 18, 1999 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice there of a regular meeting of the <br />Planning Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the <br />18th day of November, 1999 in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at <br />roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Ms. Faith Kraemer <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ABSENT: Mr. Dennis Carson <br />ALSO PRESENT: Ms. Elizabeth Mursko, Zoning Administrator <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />MINUTES There being no corrections to the minutes of the October 14, 1999 <br />meeting, those minutes stood approved as submitted. <br />CUP — <br />182 RYAN DR. — <br />VOLLMER <br />Mr. Kevin Vollmer appeared before the Commission relative to his <br />application for a Conditional Use Permit for open and outdoor <br />storage of materials and equipment as an accessory use at 182 <br />Ryan Lane. <br />The Zoning Administrator explained the CUP application and <br />reported that Mr. Vollmer has removed a storage trailer from the <br />lot. There is an existing berm facing Spruce Street, and the <br />Administrator reported that Mr. Vollmer has agreed to remove the <br />berm and to comply with all recommendations. <br />Page 14 <br />
