The legislation would <br />eliminate cable TV franchise fees to cities, and as you know Little Canada uses these fees <br />as a funding source for local programming. <br />I would recommend that the Council pass the resolution attached supporting the City's <br />authority to franchise for cable TV services and opposing legislation revoking this <br />authority. <br />Page 80 <br />
