We prepared a sample <br />resolution for cities to adopt and one page of talking points that you and <br />your city council members can use to talk to legislators about the proposed <br />changes in the state code. I also summarized the results of our survey. All <br />of this material is attached for your information. I encourage you to ask your <br />city council to adopt the resolution and to begin talking with your state <br />legislators. <br />Page 81 <br />
