They are <br />built out of Keystone retaining wall blocks without any bonding agent. At any time in the future <br />they can be easily disassembled. The planters are twelve to sixteen inches tall. <br />As part of our Conditional Use Permit we will agree to clean any excess snow from the <br />right -of -way. This will eliminate the need for any of the city plows to wing the excess snow over <br />the top of the planters. <br />As part of this agreement the city will prioritize the sanding and salting of Spruce Street at South <br />Owasso Boulevard. <br />Sincerely, <br />lee Raddatu <br />Page 13 <br />
