MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />OCTOBER 14, 1999 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Planning Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the <br />14t day of October, 1999 in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Ms. Faith Kraemer <br />ABSENT: Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Ms. Elizabeth Mursko, Zoning Admin. <br />MINUTES There being no corrections to the minutes of the September 9, 1999 <br />meeting those minutes stood approved as submitted. <br />CUP FOR Mr. Lee Rossow appeared before the Commission requesting a <br />OPEN AND Conditional Use Permit for open and outdoor storage of equipment <br />OUTDOOR as an accessory use at 3164 Ryan Lane. <br />STORAGE — <br />3164 RYAN <br />LANE — <br />LEE ROSSOW <br />The Zoning Administrator reported that Mr. Rossow operates a <br />transportation terminal from this location. There are 75 buses <br />at this location, and when the 75 buses are being operated, they are <br />replaced with 75 cars. Parking for the buses occurs at the rear of <br />the property. The parking area is surfaced with Class V materials. <br />There are 6 employees at 3164 Ryan Lane who are at the business <br />during the day and who are responsible for minor vehicle repair. <br />Paved parking is required for the employee parking area that <br />consists of 6 parking spots. This parking area will be paved within <br />the next week or two. <br />Page 10 <br />
