MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OCTOBER 14, 1999 <br />CUP FOR Mr. Lee Rossow requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit <br />OPEN AND for open and outdoor storage of materials as an accessory use and <br />OUTDOOR open and outdoor storage of equipment as a principal use at 194 - <br />STORAGE — 196 Ryan Lane. <br />194 -196 RYAN <br />LANE — The Zoning Administrator reported that there are two businesses <br />LEE ROSSOW located in the building. One business is a construction company <br />that is proposing to have an accessory storage use behind the <br />building in a fenced -in area. The principal storage use proposed is <br />for buses in the side yard. <br />Rossow reported that he would comply with the recommendations <br />of the Zoning Administrator with regard to this property. <br />There was no one present from the public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Mr. Barraclough recommended approval of the CUP for open and <br />outdoor storage of materials as an accessory use and open and <br />outdoor storage of equipment as a principal use for 194 -196 Ryan <br />Lane as requested by Mr. Lee Rossow subject to compliance with <br />the recommendations of the Zoning Administrator as outlined in <br />her report dated October 7, 1999. <br />Motion seconded by Kraemer. <br />Motion carried 5 — 0. <br />CUP FOR Mr. Rossow requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit for <br />OPEN AND open and outdoor storage of equipment and materials as an <br />OUTDOOR accessory use at 3175 Ryan Lane. <br />STORAGE — <br />3175 RYAN The Zoning Administrator reported that Mr. Rossow has agreed to <br />LANE — screen the fence which is located in the front yard. He has also <br />LEE ROSSOW agreed that there will be no storage allowed within the required <br />front yard area. There will be additional storage for buses in the <br />rear yard of the property. <br />Rossow reported that the building at 3175 Ryan Lane is used for <br />special projects such as adapting buses to meet handicapped <br />requirements and bus repair. There are times when the building is <br />not used and others when it is used fairly steadily. <br />Page 21 <br />
