EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />NOVEMBER 10, 1999 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the city of Little Canada met in <br />regular session at the City Center on Wednesday, November 10, 1999 at 7:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: Fahey, LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen, Scalze. <br />The following members were absent: None. <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING A <br />LOWERED INTEREST RATE <br />ON CERTAIN MUNICIPAL DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS <br />WHEREAS, <br />Pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Council has met and passed upon all <br />objections to the lowering of the interest rate on certain municipal deferred assessments. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />Such proposed listing of certain deferred assessments for which the interest rate is lowered to <br />7.00 percent, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council Member <br />and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Faley, LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen, and Scalze. <br />And the following voted against the same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 68 <br />
