TO; Joel Hanson <br />From: Don Smiley <br />Re: Northstar Estates <br />Joel, I have enclosed 2 letters that I have sent to John Bogner regarding a meeting to discuss <br />shelter options for Nortbstar Estates. I still have not received a response back from him. <br />It's my recommendation that the council reject Northstar Estates evacuation plan. At that point <br />Ramsey County Environmental Health Section would become involved. I still feel strongly that <br />Northstar Estates should build an on -site storm shelter. <br />I have also enclosed some information on precast concrete storm shelters. <br />I have some pictures of these shelters that I took at one of the Moundsview trailer parks. <br />Page 70 <br />
