MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Oct. 22, 1985 <br />Larry Lee Mr. Lee reported that he will comply with the Building Inspector's <br />House recommendations. Lee also reported that he will be re- stuccoing the <br />Relocation home as well as the foundation of the walk -out portion of the home. <br />(Cont.) <br />Lee reported that the asphalt is complete on the street, and he <br />will be proceeding to sell the remainder of the lots. <br />Elaine Zoch, adjacent property owner, stated that she had no objections <br />to the relocation of the home, hut indicated that Mr. Lee had agreed <br />to install a fence between his property and her's. <br />!tr. Lee replied that the fence has not been Installed because final <br />grading was not complete, but this fence would be installed shortly. <br />The fence will be chain -link and will be ins :alled on the west <br />property line of the Zoch property. <br />=!s. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION HO. 86 -10 -449 - C'_OSING THE <br />PUBLIC HEARING 0!! THE LARRY LEE REQUEST <br />FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR HOUSE <br />RELOCATION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Nardini, Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Fahey. <br />!ayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Rook No. 15, Page 523. <br />Ms. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION HO. 85 -10 -450 - APPROVING A <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AS REQUESTED BY <br />LARRY LEE FOR RELOCATION OF THE HOME AT <br />24 SOUTH OWASSO BLVD. TO LOT 7, BLOCK 1 <br />OF THE YORKTON NORTH PHASE II WITH THE <br />REO'UIREMENT THAT THE HOUSE MEET THE <br />REQUIREMENTS OF THE BUILDING INSPECTOR <br />AS OUTLINED IN HIS LETTER DATED OCTOBER. <br />21, 1986 AND WITH THE REQUIREMENT THAT A <br />CHAIN -LINK FENCE REINSTALLED BETWEEN THE <br />ZOCH PROPERTY AND THIS PROPERTY AS AGREED <br />TO PREVIOUSLY AND BEFORE THE RELOCATION <br />IS C0!
