Thomas Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mrs. Kathleen Glanzer <br />Mr. 3lesener indicated that on page 15, 2nd paragraph of the <br />October 3, 1936 Council meeting minutes, the minutes should be <br />corrected to state that the difference in salary of S11.00 was <br />per month, rather than for the year. <br />Mr. 3lesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 36 -10 -443 - APPROVING <br />THE MI:JUTES OF THE OCTOBER 8, 1986 REGULAR <br />COUNCIL MEETING ''IITH THE OUTLINED CORRECTION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by 1s. Nardini. <br />Ayes (5) 3lesener, Nardini, Scalze, Collova, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution 3oo'C No. 15, Page 522. <br />Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing on the request by Larry Lee <br />for a conditional use permit to relocate a house from 24 South <br />Owasso Blvd. to Lot 7, Block 1 of Yorkton Morth Phase II. <br />Fahey pointed out that the Planning Commission has recommended <br />approval of the conditional use permit. <br />Also, the Building Inspector has submitted a letter dated October <br />21, 1926 indicating corrections that need tc be •node to the home <br />for life- safety concerns. <br />Page 92 <br />
