Hanson <br />The following list is an update regarding the zoning code violations for the property at <br />3101 Country Drive. <br />1. Mr. Carle submitted to the Code Enforcement officer a schedule of proposed <br />completion dates addressing code violations on the property. <br />2. The business signage is in compliance with the zoning code. <br />3. The employee parking signage has been posted. <br />4. Mr. Carle, the property owner, has hired a registered Landscape Surveyor to survey <br />the property so he may obtain building permits for property fences and parking area <br />upgrades. <br />5. The employee parking lot proposal indicates that the employee parking area will be <br />surfaced with Class V or blacktop during the spring of 1999. The entrance to the <br />property is proposed to be surfaced in the summer of 1999. <br />6.
