Fahey
COUNCIL
Beverly Scalze
Jim LaValle
Steve Moreian
Bob Pedersen
ADMINISTRATOR
Joel R. Hanson
During your Fra -Dor Recycle Facility presentation at the last council meeting on March
10, 1999, the council discussed the existence of the temporary building at the Fra -Dor
Recycle & Blacktop Facility. I understand that the temporary building is being used for
additional office space and has been in use since August of 1998.
The City Council may grant a nonrenewable permit for a period of time not to exceed
one (1) year for the temporary use of a mobile home as office space in an "1 -1" Zoning
District. Your property is zoned PUD with an industrial use and would be eligible for this
application process.
The City respectfully requests that you apply for the nonrenewable building permit that
must be approved by the City Council or remove the temporary mobile home by
Wednesday March 31. 1999. Should you have any comments or questions regarding
this letter or the issues I have raised, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am looking
forward to your cooperation in this matter.
Sincerely,
Elizabeth Mursko
Code Enforcement Officer
Page 74
