3. An inventory of city systems, equipment, service providers and interfaces has <br />been established. The team has performed an assessment of some key city <br />systems and will complete all city systems by June 30, 1999. <br />4. Several City vendors have been contacted and the city has received letters from <br />these vendors stating that their systems are Y2K compliant. <br />5. Elizabeth Mursko attended NSP's Y2K informational meeting. <br />6. Y2K team has started contingency planning with key city staff. <br />City Staff recommends: <br />1. City Council adopts the resolution appointing a Y2K coordinator. <br />2. The Y2K team to draft a policy statement establishing the City's goal and <br />intentions related to the Y2K problem along with the continued implementation of <br />the Y2K action plan. <br />Page 23 <br />
