MINUTES <br />PROPERTY <br />DIVISION — <br />3096 RICE <br />STREET — <br />KATH FUEL <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MARCH 11, 1999 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 11th <br />day of March, 1999 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mr. John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and the following <br />members of the Commission were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Ms. Faith Kraemer <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Dan Licht, City Planner <br />Mr. Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />Ms. Elizabeth Mursko, Code Enforcement <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />There being no corrections to the minutes of the January 14, 1999 <br />Planning Commission meeting, those minutes stood approved as <br />submitted. <br />Bruce Kath, Kath Fuel Oil Service Company, appeared before the <br />Commission requesting approval for the division of a portion of the <br />adjacent railroad property and the combination of this parcel with the Kath <br />property. Kath reported that Kath Fuel has been using this area for the <br />parking of trucks. The railroad has now agreed to sell the property to <br />Kath, and their intentions would be to continue to use this area as a <br />parking area. <br />Keis pointed out the City Planner's recommendations outlined in his <br />report dated March 9th with regard to drainage and utility easements. Kath <br />indicated his acceptance of these recommendation. <br />Page 7 , <br />
