4. The homes on Lots 1 through 3, Block 2 should be considered in Vadnais Heights and <br />accordingly the same services and charges provided by Vadnais Heights to its other <br />properties would exist. <br />5. Driveway locations on Lots 4 and 5, Block 2 will be approved by both Ramsey County <br />and Vadnais Heights. <br />6. Ramsey County would be requested to divide up property taxes proportional to the value <br />on parcels 1 through 5, Block 2 to each municipality. <br />7. The Joint Powers Agreement provide a partial share of park dedication on Little Canada <br />lots go to Vadnais Heights to assist the development of the adjacent park in Vadnais <br />Heights. <br />8. Little Canada financially support the future "T" intersection improvement at Twin Lake <br />Boulevard and Vadnais Boulevard. The amount of financial support can be agreed upon <br />when this improvement is in planning/construction phase. <br />9. Little Canada provide a street light at the intersection of Twin Lake Court and Vadnais <br />Boulevard. <br />10. That Little Canada allow Pratt Homes to consider the sale of a portion of Lot 13, Block 2 <br />to the City of Vadnais Heights to expand Vadnais Heights Park. If Vadnais Heights were <br />to expand its park within Little Canada's municipal boundaries, Little Canada would not <br />charge Vadnais Heights any charges for its city services or assessments. <br />11.
