Hanson <br />This letter is to inform you that your application for Preliminary Plat for Twin Lake Pines <br />is incomplete. In staff's review of your application package, the following information <br />was determined to be lacking: <br />*There is no information relative to a resolution of the municipal boundary and <br />utility issues with the City of Vadnais Heights. It would be our suggestion that <br />you set up a joint meeting with both cities so that these issues can be discussed <br />and addressed. Please notify me when this meeting is scheduled, and I will <br />arrange to have the appropriate Little Canada staff representatives in attendance. <br />(You are weicom to hold it at our office, if you desire.) <br />*Staff review found utility information either lacking or deficient. For example, <br />lack of calculations, grades, etc. There are also concerns about the location of <br />some utilities that may affect the lay -out of the plat. <br />*The plat does not show the ordinary high water mark. <br />*Additional information is required on the ownership of Outlot A. <br />*The mailing list for public hearing notices has not been submitted. <br />Please be advised that the City of Little Canada will not schedule formal review of the <br />Twin Lake Pines plat by the Planning Commission and the City Council until the <br />information listed above has been submitted. <br />Should you have any questions, please contact me. <br />erely, <br />Hanson <br />ity Administrator <br />Page 62 <br />
