Hanson <br />Attached is a memo from our Building Official, Greg Schmit, recommending we adopt <br />the current edition of the State Building Code as well as the schedule of building permit <br />fees (Table 1 -A) attached. (I have also attached a copy of the current fee schedule for <br />comparison purposes.) <br />We have enclosed an edited version of the suggested ordinance revisions as well as the <br />proposed ordinance amending our City Code. <br />I concur with the Building Official's recommendation and suggest we adopt the <br />ordinance revisions and the new fee schedule. <br />cc: Greg Schmit <br />Page 42 <br />
