Electrical Requirements 1 -2 <br />301. UNIFORM BUILDING CODE ADOPTION <br />301.010. BUILDING CODE. The Minnesota State Building Code, established pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes Sections 16B.59 to 16B.75, one copy of which is on file in the office of the City <br />Administrator, is hereby adopted as the building code for the City of Little Canada. Such Code is <br />hereby incorporated in this ordinance as completely as if set out in full. <br />(A) <br />The 1995 Edition of the State Building Code, effective Maroh 20, 1995, adopts by <br />: The Minnesota State Building Code includes <br />the following chapters of Minnesota Rules: <br />1. 1300 Minnesota Building Code; <br />2. 1301 Building Official Certification; <br />3. 1302 State Building Construction Approvals; <br />4. 1305 Adoption of the 4- 9941997 Uniform Building Code including Appendix <br />Chapters: <br />a. 3, Division I, Detention and Correctional Facilities <br />b. 12, Division II, Sound Transmission Control <br />c. 15, Reroofing <br />d. 16 Division I, Snowload Design <br />e. 29, Minimum Plumbing Fixtures <br />f. 31, Division II, Membrane Structures <br />5. 1307 Elevators and Related Devices; <br />301 -1 <br />Page 46 <br />
