The following chapters of Minnesota Rules are not a mandatory <br />part of the Code, but are hereby adopted by reference for the City of Little Canada and are <br />incorporated, without change, into this ordinance as completely as if set out in full: <br />1. Minnesota Rules, Chapter 1306, Special Fire Protection Systems with option <br />8; and <br />2. Minnesota Rules, Chapter 1335, Floodproofing Regulations parts 1335.0600 <br />to 1335.1200. <br />301.020. The Building Department shall be the Building Code Department of the City of <br />Little Canada. The Administrative Authority shall be a state certified "Building Official" so <br />designated by the Appointing Authority.
