2456 Arkwright Street
Little Canada, MN 55117
January 25, 1999
Mike Fahey, Mayor
City of Little Canada
City Hall
Dear Mr. Fahey:
As a taxpayer in Little Canada, I would like to strongly urge you and the
City Council to approve a permanent, (or not less than 20 Year) permit for the
re- cycling plant operated by Frank Frattallone in the industrial park.
It is my observation that over the past five years, the Frattallone
Corporations have been very good community citizens. For the lowland occupied
by the re- cycling plant, it is probably the highest and best use of the land, and I
see no reason not to grant a permanent land -use permit.
Sincerely,
.A_L -,4-frM- a. l/ 4--
William C. Knaak
Page 4
