My <br />concern is that should we vary from these standards, we may be setting a precedent that could <br />result in inconsistent treatment of future property owners. Ms. Mlinar is very experienced in this <br />process and I am confident that her interpretations are correct. Therefore, unless you want me to <br />take a different approach with these matters, I will follow through as indicated. An alternative <br />would be to wait for final documentation of the total claim so you can gauge the complete impact <br />of the relocation.
