I. Title has terminated its negotiations with <br />Chris Moran concerning development of an office building on the corner of Rice <br />St. and Little Canada Road by Mr. Moran for C. I. Title. The rental rates <br />proposed for the office space he intends to build significantly exceed the rates <br />our company is currently budgeting to pay. To date, there have been no new <br />proposals submitted to C. I.
