Fahey <br />COUNCIL <br />Beverly Scalze <br />Jim LaValle <br />Steve Morelan <br />Bob Pedersen <br />ADMINISTRATOR <br />Joel R Hanson <br />Attached is a 2 "d Addendum to our agreement for building inspection services between the City <br />of Little Canada and Castle Companies, Inc. DBA Castle Inspection Service (Greg Schmit). You <br />will also note that this contract is for a 3 -year period. This agreement proposes an increase in the <br />percentage of building permit fees payable to our building official from 35% to 60 %. There are <br />exceptions to this increase. They are as follows: <br />♦ Pitrina townhome development will remain at the 35% rate. <br />• Rice Street/Little Canada Road redevelopment area will be at a 45% rate. <br />• Country Drive redevelopment area will be at a 45% rate. <br />Subject to any comments on the part of the City Attorney, I would recommend approval as <br />presented. <br />JRH:kpp <br />Enclosure <br />cc: Greg Schmit <br />Page 23 <br />
