2ND ADDENDUM <br />AGREEMENT FOR BUILDING INSPECTION SERVICES <br />This 2 " Addendum made and entered into this 14th day of January, 1999 by and between <br />the City of Little Canada, State of Minnesota (hereinafter referred to as "City "), and Castle <br />Companies, Inc. DBA Castle Inspection Service, a Minnesota Corporation (hereinafter referred <br />to as "Building Official ") replaces sections of the "Agreement for Building Inspection Services" <br />as previously entered into by the "City" and "Building Official" dated November 23, 1994 and <br />amended December 31, 1996. <br />II. SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES <br />3. The fees and charges set forth on Exhibit "C" replaces those agreed to in Exhibit <br />"A" of the "Agreement for Building Inspection Services" dated November 23, 1994 and Exhibit <br />"B" of the Addendum of Agreement for Building Inspection Services dated December 31, 1996. <br />III. COMPENSATION TO BUILDING OFFICIAL <br />1. Building Official shall be compensated for services based on the schedule as <br />indicated on Exhibit "C ", a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference <br />herein. Exhibit "C" shall be in effect from January 1, 1999 through December 31, 2001 and may <br />be amended by mutual consent of the parties to this Agreement after that date. <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />Michael I.
