EXHIBIT "C" <br />REVISED FEE SCHEDULE <br />Effective January 1, 1999, payment for services rendered as of that date between the City of Little <br />Canada and Castle Companies, Inc. DBA Castle Inspection Service is governed based on a percentage of <br />permit revenues collected by the City pursuant to the following schedule except as noted in Supplemental <br />Fee Listing: <br />Source of Permit Fee % Due Building Official <br />Building Permit Revenue 60% <br />Plan Check Fee 60% <br />Plumbing Permits 60% <br />Supplemental Fee Listing: <br />For any permits issued in conjunction with the Pitrina Townhome Development (see attached <br />Map #1) during the duration of this Agreement: <br />Building Permit Revenue 35% <br />Plan Check Fee 35% <br />Plumbing Permits 35% <br />For any permits in conjunction with the Rice/Little Canada Road Redevelopment Area (see <br />attached Map #2) and the Country Drive Redevelopment Area (see attached Map #3): <br />Building Permit Revenue 45% <br />Plan Check Fee 45% <br />Plumbing Permits 45% <br />Services outside the scope of this Agreement (including Planning Commission and City Council <br />meetings) — hourly rate is stated in the currently adopted edition of the UBC (currently $47 per hour). <br />Building permit revenues are calculated pursuant to Section II, Paragraph #2. <br />The amounts generated as a result of this schedule shall be the only cost payable to the Building <br />Official by the City. Building Official is responsible for all costs associated with the conduct of his <br />business operation including, but not limited to, transportation costs, Worker's Compensation insurance <br />costs, life and disability insurance costs, unemployment insurance premiums, photocopying costs, <br />telephone and faxing costs, etc. Building Official is also responsible for providing qualified replacements <br />when he is unavailable to perform services due to illness, vacation, or other absence. <br />Said fee schedule shall be in effect from January 1, 1999 through December 31, 2001. <br />Page 25 <br />
