Hanson <br />Attached is an amendment to the Round Lake Trail Townhomes Development Contract <br />which eliminates the requirement for maintenance of a blacktopped emergency vehicle <br />access to the Round Lake Trail Townhomes. As you will recall, the Council recently <br />agreed with the recommendation of the Fire Chief, Fire Marshal, and Public Works <br />Director that this access was no Longer necessary. It is the intention of the City to retain <br />the easement, however, given the location of a sewer line within this area. <br />Page 29 <br />
