DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT <br />AMENDMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT, dated the day of , 1999, by and <br />between the City of Little Canada, a Minnesota Municipal Corporation ( "City "), and <br />North Suburban Company, a Minnesota Partnership ( "the Developer"), is an amendment <br />to Item No. 6 of the Development Contract, dated November 17, 1983. <br />6. Easements. The Developer shall provide utility easements along <br />all platted lots as specified in the Subdivision Ordinance. In addition, <br />the Developer shall provide fifteen (15) foot public utility easements <br />over all newly constructed sanitary sewer, water main and storm <br />sewer pipelines which are on private property in recordable form. <br />All other provisions of the Development Contract dated November 17, 1983, shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />Page 30 <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />BY: <br />Michael I.
