MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />May 9, 1985 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was <br />held on the 9th day of May, 1985 in the Council Chambers of the <br />City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Peter Costa called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and <br />the following members were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT AT ROLL CALL: <br />ARRIVING AFTER ROLL CALL: <br />MEMBER ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Bill Davison <br />Gene DeLonais <br />Thomas Perlinger <br />Thomas DuCharme <br />Karolyn Kingsbury <br />Sharon Timmons <br />Art Herkenhoff <br />Roy French <br />Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Beverly Jespersen, Secretary <br />Approval Mrs. Timmons requested that the third paragraph on Page 6 of the April <br />of the 11 minutes under Community Centers be stricken from the record. <br />Minutes <br />Mrs. Kingsbury requested that "minutes of 1964" be added to line 1, <br />paragraph 7, page 2 of the April 11 minutes. <br />Mr. Costa approved the April 11, 1985 minutes as corrected. <br />Klidzejs Mr. Leopold Klidzejs, 3246 Twin Lake Road appeared before the Com- <br />Property mission with his request for a Property Division on his land. He <br />Division discussed the road easements with the Commission. <br />It was the opinion of the Planner that they should have construction <br />of a public street. <br />Mr. DeLonais made the following motion: <br />Recommending this lot split subject to the road easement <br />being of proper width. <br />Mr. Perlinger seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried 6 -1. <br />Mrs. Kingsbury requested that the Planning Commission members receive <br />a copy of the application for every proposal so they know what the <br />applicants want. <br />PAGE 2 <br />
