Total required parking spaces for property: 8 parking spaces <br />The site plan shows three (3) parking stalls available in the front of the building. The <br />remaining five (5) parking spaces must be established in the rear of the building. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Based on the information discussed in this report, staff recommends approval of the <br />proposed application subject to the following recommendations and approvals. <br />1. The outdoor storage area must be fully screened from the public right -of -way. A chain <br />link fence with slats as indicated on the site plan will be accepted for screening <br />purposes in this zoning district. <br />2. The storage area must be surfaced and maintained with asphalt, concrete, or other <br />material Class V material. <br />3. All lighting shall be hooded and so directed that the light source shall not be visible <br />from the public right -of -way or from neighboring residences and shall be in compliance <br />with Section 903.020.1. <br />4. An updated site plan showing required parking should be submitted to the Zoning <br />Administrator. <br />5. Property compliance with other zoning code issues mentioned in the following section. <br />Other Zoning Code Compliance Issues <br />1. The off - street parking area in the rear of the property is not paved with bituminous, <br />asphalt, or concrete. <br />2. The off- street parking in the rear yard must have a perimeter continuous curb barrier or <br />concrete curb stops around the parking area. <br />3. The parking areas both in the front and rear yards must be marked with white or yellow <br />paint lines not less than four (4) inches wide. <br />Attachments: <br />1.
