<br />Source Of Funds: <br />The City’s share of the project costs is not currently programmed in the Capital Improvement Plan. <br />When the project was developed in early 2025 following the award of the Ramsey County Critical <br />Corridors Grant, the extent of the City’s financial participation was uncertain. It was anticipated that a <br />funding source, if necessary, would be identified once actual project costs were known. At this time, <br />staff recommends using the Capital Infrastructure Fund 450 to cover the City’s portion of the project <br />costs. A specific fund designation and corresponding council action will be requested after bids are <br />received and final costs are determined. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendations: <br />Staff recommends approval of the construction plans and authorization to solicit competitive bids for <br />the project. <br /> <br />Attachments: <br />• Project Location Map <br />
