Upon completion of all revisions, MGT will submit a final version <br />of these strategies. <br />Deliverables <br />• Updated plan, as needed <br />• Implementation strategies and maintenance guidance <br />TASK 7.0: REPORTS AND PRESENTATIONS <br />Activities <br />7.1 Study Draft and Final Reports <br />MGT will prepare and provide a comprehensive draft report that documents the study’s <br />background, goals, methodology, data selection and collection, findings of analyses, <br />proposed system framework, recommendations, implementation strategies and costs, <br />and guidelines for administration and maintenance. MGT will facilitate a structured draft <br />report review with the City to respond to feedback, questions, or requested changes. We <br />will review and respond to feedback and incorporate any needed revisions into the final <br />report. <br />7.2 Final Presentations <br />The MGT Project Manager will present the finalized study recommendations and final <br />report to the City’s leadership and/or staff, if desired. This may include a study results <br />summary handout and/or a final presentation format. MGT provides up to two final <br />presentations. <br />Presentations may be delivered to City leadership, the Personnel Committee, and/or the <br />City Council as requested. <br />7.3 Support Knowledge Transfer and Ongoing Use <br />MGT will provide the City with the tools, documentation, and training needed for <br />successful implementation and long-term sustainability. MGT will work closely with the <br />City to provide staff training during the project as the system is developed. MGT will also <br />train key staff on the study’s files to support implementation, ongoing maintenance, and <br />administration of the system. <br />Deliverables <br />• Draft and final reports <br />• Final presentations and internal communication resources <br />• Staff training materials and documentation <br />TASK 8.0: POST-STUDY SUPPORT <br />As part of our commitment to client success, MGT is available for up to 10 hours of post-study <br />support for 3 months following the completion of the study to address any questions regarding <br />the study’s components and recommendations, or to provide refresher training for HR staff on <br />system components. <br />Post-study support does not include the evaluation of new jobs or post-study job changes.
