Dedicated to the Community. <br />Based on MGT’s understanding of the project and our experience, we propose completing this <br />project for an overall total fixed cost of $25,650. We take pride in customizing the project <br />scope and budget to meet the needs of our clients — and we will work with you to ensure the <br />project work plan and our fees are aligned with your expectations and budget. MGT can and <br />has successfully performed all tasks virtually, providing significant cost savings for our clients. <br />Payment Schedule <br />Payment will be due as follows: 40% of the professional fees will be due after the initial project <br />meeting (Task 1), 40% upon completion of employee and market data collection (Task 3), and <br />the remaining 20% balance will be billed after the study is completed (Task 7). Invoices will be <br />sent to the City and are payable within 30 days of receipt.
