He provides <br />oversight and project management for classification and <br />compensation studies and has broad experience conducting <br />analyses on classification and compensation studies, and <br />organizational expertise in managing software and collaboration <br />tools to keep the human capital team on track in completing <br />projects. He also provides the team with excellent technical <br />expertise in various systems and methodologies. <br />Joel’s time in the military established a baseline career as an <br />Analyst. He served as an Intelligence Analyst in the 82nd Airborne <br />Division based out of Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Joel had one <br />deployment to the Middle East in support of Operation Inherent <br />Resolve.
