CROIX <br />SCREENPRINT <br />ass <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />NOVEMBER 12, 1998 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 12th <br />day of November, 1998 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Vice Chairman John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and the <br />following members of the Commission were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Ms. Elizabeth Mursko, Code Enforcement <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />There being no corrections, the minutes of the October 8, 1998 regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission were approved as submitted. <br />The Planning Commission observed a moment of silence in memory of <br />Gene Delonais, Chairman of the Planning Commission, who passed away. <br />The Commission indicated that Gene's presence will be truly missed and <br />extended their thoughts to his family. <br />Mr. Todd Huebscher, St. Croix Screenprint, appeared before the <br />Commission requesting an amendment to their Conditional Use Permit <br />in order that they might add a 10 foot by 70 foot addition to the west side <br />of their building. Huebscher reported that the original building was <br />constructed in 1985, an addition was added to the back of the building in <br />1990. The 10 -foot by 70 -foot addition being proposed at this time will run <br />along the west side of the original building from the front to where the <br />second addition commences. <br />Knudsen asked if the building materials proposed were consistent with <br />architectural guidelines. <br />Page 16 <br />
