MINUTES <br />PROPERTYV <br />DtwagNL <br />30030='' <br />GREENBRIER <br />STREET <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />SEPTEMBER 10, 1998 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 10' <br />day of September, 1998 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Gene DeLonais called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and the <br />following members of the Commission were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Gene DeLonais <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Fred Schletty <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Ms. Elizabeth Mursko, Code Enforcement <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />There being no corrections, the minutes of the August 13, 1998 regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission were approved as submitted. <br />Mr. Randy Urman appeared before the Commission requesting approval <br />of a property division for 3003 Greenbrier Street. Urman would like <br />to divide the property into two single- family lots. Urman presented a <br />more detailed site plan for the Commission's review and indicated that <br />he will dedicated the six -foot drainage and utility easements as required. <br />It was noted that the existing garage is only 18 feet from the property line. <br />Given that this garage abuts a street, the setback should be 30 feet. The <br />City Planner noted that the garage is an existing situation and is <br />grandfathered in. <br />Knudsen asked about the shed at the rear of the property. Urman reported <br />that he planned to remove this shed. The Commission discussed the <br />Page 20 <br />
