HERITAGE
DEVELOPMENT
August 26, 1998
Joel R. Hanson
Administrator
City of Little Canada
515 Little Canada Rd
Little Canada, MN 55117
Dear Joel:
Thank you for taking the time to meet with me out on the Heritage Office
Park site yesterday.
As per our conversation, it is my understanding that I need to replace the
miscellaneous dead material on the berm between the existing warehouse
facility and the office park. I also need to put up handy cap parking signs,
seed the grass between the property line and Cty Road D, and raise the fire
hydrant or remove the dirt in front where the final grading plan was done.
You were going to check to see if the covenants ended up at the city and that
you had actually signed off on them.
If the above items are in agreement, we are going to put them into a
Developers Agreement for the 2nd Addition along with a paragraph that said
although I may be signing the developers agreement now, the actual letter of
credit obligation would not be requested for the 2nd phase of Heritage Office
Park until such a time as Heritage commenced construction of the 2nd phase.
Heritage agrees to the above specified conditions and we are looking forward
to hearing from you in the very near future about a Developers Agreement.
Thank you again for your time and I'll see you at the next city council
meeting.
Sincerely,
John Dobbs
Heritage Development of MN, Inc.
450 East County Road D • Lithe Canada, MN 55117
909 Blackstone Avenue • Waukesha, W
110 North Cherry, Butte 240 • Olathe, KE ___
Page 21
2) 481 -1518 • TOU Free: (800) 644 -0017
' • Phone: (414) 322 -4789
7 • Phone: (816) 769 -2054
