from Metropolitan Council - Environmental Services for connections to <br />sanitary sewer lines, any permit required from the Ramsey- Washington <br />Watershed District for grading and storm water discharge, and any permits <br />or approvals necessary to comply with wetland regulations. The Developer <br />shall reimburse the City for any costs or expenses incurred by the City due <br />to the need for any permits or consents, and shall be responsible for <br />compliance with any other requirements imposed by the agencies in question. <br />4. Development Exhibits. The Developer shall develop the proposed <br />plat in accordance with Exhibit "A ", attached hereto, and on file in the <br />offices of the City; and in accordance with City Council Resolution <br />No. 98 -1 -15 adopted on January 28, 1998. <br />5. Required Improvements. The Developer shall install, at its own <br />expense, the extension of private improvements consisting of water main, <br />sanitary sewer main, storm water control, concrete curb and gutter, <br />signage, and lighting, all of which will be completed no later than October <br />1, 1999. Original plans and subsequent changes for said improvements shall <br />be prepared by Bob Weigert, Registered Engineer, and approved by the City <br />Engineer in accordance with City specifications and standards. It is <br />further understood that the City must approve the contractor who will <br />undertake the installation of the improvements. A copy of Developer's <br />contract with the approved contractor shall be provided to the City. <br />6. Preconstruction Meeting. Prior to the commencement of any work <br />involving public utilities, Developer or its engineer shall schedule a <br />preconstruction meeting to be held at the Little Canada City Hall at a <br />mutually agreeable time. Said meeting shall include all parties concerned, <br />including, but not limited to, City staff, Developer's engineer, <br />Developer's builder, and affected utilities. The purpose of this meeting <br />will be to review the work program for construction to achieve a <br />coordinated approach. <br />Page 23 <br />
