• Parking is allowed in designated parking lots only. An additional permit is required to <br />allow on- street parking on Eli Road. No on street parking on Centerville road will be <br />allowed. <br />• Tournament personnel are required to monitor parking and parking lots and do crowd - <br />control. <br />• Vehicular access within the park is limited to the operator of the concession stand to <br />unload and load supplies, field maintenance equipment and to emergency vehicles. <br />• Tournament hours and usage of the park must be in compliance with the City' s Park <br />Ordinance. (copy attached) <br />• Field preparation and maintenance is the responsibility of the tournament operator. Field <br />maintenance practices must be reviewed with and approved by the Park & Recreation <br />Director. <br />• Any equipment to be used in the park for either maintenance activities or for concession <br />use must be identified and approved by the Park & Recreation Department staff. <br />• The operator of the tournament must compile a list of tournament and City rules. These <br />rules must be provided to all managers of all teams participating in the tournament. City <br />staff must be provided with a copy of these rules and approve them prior to distribution. <br />• Tournament operators will bear the cost associated with any extra servicing of portable <br />toilets, should it be necessary as a result of the tournament. <br />• Operators of the tournament must notify the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department of the <br />dates and times of the event. At least 24 hours before the first game. <br />• The privilege of using the City's park facilities can be revoked at any time due to misuse <br />of the building or other issues of concern as determined by the City staff. This includes <br />discontinuance of a tournament in progress if deemed appropriate by the City staff. <br />Page 43 <br />
