Hanson <br />DISCIPLINARY ACTION. Hearing - In any case of suspension, dismissal, or <br />demotion, the Permanent Full -Time or Permanent Part-Time Employee shall be <br />granted a hearing upon written request for such a hearing made to the City <br />Administrator within five working days of notification of the action taken. <br />Employees in the Learning and Evaluation Period are not entitled to such a <br />hearing. (Page 36) <br />Sick Leave — "Employees may use two (2) days of their annual sick leave in <br />l.e,.t If 15 minute increments for doctor or dentist appointments for their own <br />medical and dental health care as well as for their children."
