The old fire hall site and the City parking lot are both zoned P, <br />Public District. <br />Attached for reference: <br />Exhibit A: Site Location <br />Exhibit B: Half Section Map <br />ANALYSIS <br />Parking Demand. The 2,230 square foot ground level of the old Little Canada fire hall <br />is currently used for "community gatherings ".
