This <br />proposed addition will increase the required number of parking spaces beyond the current <br />number of stalls provided on site. The City is therefore requesting approval of a <br />conditional use permit to allow the use of joint parking facilities with the adjacent Norm's <br />Tire property on the west side of Noel Drive. <br />Attached for reference: <br />Exhibit A: Site Location <br />Exhibit B: Half Section Map <br />ANALYSIS <br />Parking Demand.
