proposed use of joint parking facilities between Norm's Tire and City Hall satisfies the <br />above criteria. A proposed agreement between the City and the property owner of Norm's <br />Tire will be prepared and executed upon approval of the conditional use permit by the City <br />Council. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />It is staff's finding that the proposed use of joint parking facilities to provide required <br />parking for the proposed expanded City Hall facility is consistent with Zoning Ordinance <br />provisions. As such, staff recommends approval to allow said joint parking facilities, <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The City of Little Canada proceed with the proposed expansion of the City Hall <br />facility. <br />2. The City of Little Canada and the owner of the Norm's Tire property enter into a <br />joint parking agreement.
