I have also attached the contract. <br />that I will have to sign on behalf of the City. Please note that the City is held harmless in the event of any suit, <br />there is no financial obligation on the city and only the prosecutor and sheriff's office are responsible for work to <br />be done on the City's behalf under the contract, Additionally, since the police force is contracted and the <br />prosecutor is contracted, there is literally no obligation upon the City. I have also attached a PowerPoint <br />presentation from the Driving Diversion Program that may be useful.
