MINUTES <br />PROPERTY <br />DIVISION, <br />COMBINATION, <br />REZONING, <br />CUP - <br />WATERSHED <br />DISTRICT <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />OCTOBER 11, 2012 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 1 lth day of <br />October, 2012 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair Dan Knudsen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough (arr. 7:44 pm) <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Mr. Jon Hall <br />Ms. Jennifer Maleitzke <br />Ms. Heidi Murphy <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Ms. Vanessa Van Alstine, Cable TV <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br />The September 13, 2012 Planning Commission meeting minutes were <br />approved as submitted. <br />Cliff Aichinger, Ramsey Washington Metro Watershed District, appeared <br />before the Commission relative to their application to Subdivide a portion <br />of the former Norm's Tires property, Combine it with their property <br />at 2665 Noel Drive, Rezone it to Public (P) District, and Amend their <br />existing CUP to allow for the Public use of the existing garage. Aichinger <br />reported that he has reviewed the City Planner's October 4, 2012 report, <br />and have no problem with the recommendations outlined in that report. <br />Aichinger described the site plan which was submitted on October 9, <br />2012. He noted that the property line would cross through the middle of <br />the Noel Drive access for the former Norm's Tires site. That curb cut <br />would remain and would be shared by the Watershed and the former <br />Norm's property. He described the curbing that would be put in place <br />relative to this access. Aichinger indicated that there would be a minimum <br />five foot separation from the new property line to the proposed parking <br />areas for the Watershed. This five foot area will be landscaped. <br />
