CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUB -GRANT AGREEMENT <br />Be it resolved that the City of Little Canada enter into a Sub -grant Agreement with the <br />Division of Emergency Management in the Minnesota Department of Public Safety for <br />the program entitled Infrastructure Program for FEMA 1225 DR- MINNESOTA. <br />Joel R. Hanson is hereby authorized to execute and sign such Sub -grant Agreements and <br />amendments as are necessary to implement the project on behalf of the City of Little <br />Canada. <br />I certify that the above resolution was adopted by the Council of the City of Little Canada <br />on July 8, 1998. <br />SIGNED: WITNESSETH: <br />Michael I.
