MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MAY 27, 2026 <br />The Assistant City Administrator noted that this item was included in the Strategic Plan and will <br />now be marked as completed. <br />Schwalbach asked who would be in charge of branding for publications. The Assistant City <br />Administrator stated that she and the City Administrator would be tasked with that role. <br />Schwalbach stated that some of the branding agencies have Al technology that assists in <br />updating the brands and encouraged staff to ask the consultant about that possibility. <br />Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />••�, <br />B ' A ` M STYLE GUIDE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Schwalbach. <br />Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />COUNCIL REPORTS AND MEETING UPDATES <br />Miller provided an update on the most recent meeting of the Cable Commission, which included a <br />review of the Annual Audit and advised of an upcoming meeting of their Executive Board. <br />Malone provided an update on the most recent meeting of the Northeast Youth and Family <br />Services Development Committee, where they reviewed the results of the fundraising luncheon. <br />Mayor Fischer provided an update on a recent meeting of the Safe and Stable Communities <br />group. <br />The City Administrator stated that he will meet with County Manager Becker this Friday and <br />anticipates that fiber will be discussed, along with embedded social workers. He welcomed input <br />from the Council on any other topics they would like him to discuss. <br />ADJOURN <br />There being no further business, upon motion by Miller, seconded by Kwapick, the meeting <br />was adjourned at :41 p.m. <br />Thomas Fischer, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />HIV <br />eidi 11eller, City Clerk <br />
