Staff Report <br />To:Mayor Fischer and Members of the City Council <br />From:Heidi Heller, City Clerk/HR Manager <br />Date: May 13, 2026 <br />Re:Temporary Liquor License – Little Canada Recreation Association <br />July 31 - August 2, 2026 <br />Action To Be Considered: <br />Motion to approve, table, or deny the following: <br />A 3-day temporary liquor license for the Little Canada Recreation Association on July 31 <br />- August 2, 2026. <br />Background: <br />The Little Canada Recreation Association (LCRA) has applied for a 3-day Temporary Liquor <br />License for the annual Canadian Days festival held at Spooner Park. <br />Staff Recommendations: <br />Staff recommends approving a 3-day Temporary Liquor License for the LCRA for July 31- <br />August 2, 2026, pending submission of the certificate of insurance.
