Until the plans mentioned in the previous approvals are submitted, <br />staff cannot comment upon the compliance of the Final PUD with the previous approvals. <br />In conclusion, we would recommend approval of the Final Plat, with the condition that the <br />north half of Allan Avenue be reconveyed by the City and then formally dedicated at the <br />time of the future development to the north.
