City of Little Canada, Minnesota <br />Ordinance <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 903.110. B. and 903.110.C. OF THE <br />LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY. <br />PROVIDING FOR THE REGULATION OF OFF -SITE DIRECTIONAL SIGNS IN THE <br />PUBLIC RIGHT -OF -WAY. <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 903.110.3.1.g. is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />g. Real Estate Sale or Rental Signs. <br />(i) On -Site Signs. Signs must be removed within fourteen <br />(14) days after sale or rental of property. Signs may <br />not measure more than four (4) square feet in Residential <br />Districts, nor more than twenty (20) square feet in all <br />other districts. There shall be only one (1) sign per <br />premise. Corner properties, however, may contain two (2) <br />signs, one (1) per frontage. - <br />(ii) Off -Site Signs. Signs shall be subject to the <br />Conditional Use Permit provisions of Section 903.110. <br />B.1.h.ii. Such signs shall be displayed only during <br />hours in which a real estate agent is available at the <br />property for sale. Signs may be placed no more than <br />twenty four (24) hours prior to such time, and must be <br />removed no more than twenty four (24) hours after such <br />time. Such signs may be located within the public right - <br />of -way when permitted by the City Council, where they do <br />not interfere with proper traffic safety and maintenance. <br />Section 2. <br />Section 903.110.C.3. is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />3. Subject to the provisions of Section 903.110.B.1.g., no signs <br />other than governmental signs shall be erected or temporarily <br />placed within any street right -of -way or upon any public lands <br />or easements or rights -of -way. <br />Page 28 <br />
